Kids of the Kingdom (Children’s Choir)

Open to all children 5 years old (Kindergarten) through 5^th grade. Children will be doing lots of singing, moving with music, reading simple rhythms, rhythmic speech, playing rhythm and melodic instruments and refining listening skills. These activities help children become better listeners and singers, and become more coordinated physically. We read words as well as music to help children reinforce their reading skills. Non-readers begin to recognize words as the year moves on. Children must be committed to attending regularly. Rehearsals are every Wednesday from 5:45 to 6:30.

Kingdom Ringers (Children’s Chime Choir)

Open to 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th grade children from the Kids of the Kingdom. Children learn to read music while learning to play chimes.

This is for children with little or no experience.
